I made this skirt the exact same way I made the Pink Tulle Ruffle Skirt, but used white cotton (kona...my fave as you probably guessed) for the skirt and the ruffles. I serged the edges of the ruffles so they wouldn't fray, but if you don't have a serger you can always use pinking shears or a pinking rotary cutter (which is a favorite tool as well). These skirts are not hard to make....they do take a bit of time to ruffle, but I promise they are well worth it. Everyone will ask where you bought it. And the texture is just yummy!
