This week I got to review the Whimsy Couture Pillowcase Romper Pattern.
I downloaded the pattern, printed out the pieces, and in no time flat Grace had a brand new outfit.
(This romper is a quick and easy sew that I think has darling results.)
Whimsy Couture chooses fun cotton prints for all their patterns but for Gracie's romper I really wanted to use some silky polyester paisley goodness from my vintage stash that has been waiting for just the right project.
I think this it was the perfect choice.
And Grace agrees...recently she's had HUGE opinions about the fabric used for her clothing so I never know what she's going to think. But these "pants that look like a dress!!!!" paired with the silky fabric was a total hit.
In fact, the only thing she didn't like about her new romper was standing still and "normal" while I took her picture.
I am so glad that Whimsy Couture let me try out one of their patterns and I'm totally happy with my choice! I think this romper is all sorts of fun---it reminds me of some crazy 60's lounge wear...like something that Endora (from Bewitched) would wear.
Now, while I love this pattern Whimsy Couture has LOADS more to choose from---skirts, bloomers, pants, overalls, and even ladies patterns! And today they are giving away a 3 pattern pack bundle of your choice to one of our readers.
So if you would like to win this 3 pattern bundle just click over HERE browse their patterns and tell me which pattern is your favorite. (If you look over on their sidebar you will see a list of all their pattern categories.)
Or, if you can't wait to see if you've won Whimsy Couture is offering you a 50% coupon to their shop. Just type in the code TAKEOFF50 when you check out.
