Mitered Corner Burp Cloth Tutorial

Hello! A little while back we were given the opportunity to make a few items for Birch Fabrics to use at Quilt Market.  It was our first experience with their organic knits....and we LOVED them! We chose two pieces from their "Just For Fun" line and after receiving them I decided that I wanted to make something for a baby boy with that soft buttery fabric. A Nine Patch Quilt.

This was the one quilt that I completed this summer.  I even took it on vacation with me! (I think only a nutty sew-er thinks about the sewing projects she is going to take on vacation with her...seriously.)  But it was relaxing and a stress-free sewing project...so it was fun.It is a nine-patch quilt with the leftover fabric from The Princess and the Pea projects (which in cased you missed you will see again on Friday) and  boy was I glad that there was enough leftover to piece together the ... The Get in Line Skirt or How to Sew Some Yarn onto a Skirt
