Today we are interrupting our scheduled Skirting the Issue skirt tutorials for an OLFA giveaway! This year OLFA is celebrating the 35th anniversary of the invention of the rotary cutter.  These must have tools were developed by OLFA in 1979 and forever changed the world of quilting.  (Really, I can't imagine NOT having my rotary cutters...can you?  They are like a MUST have item for me.)
