Garden Bloom Quilt Pattern

One of my very favorite things about quilting is figuring out a simple pattern, cutting it out, sewing it up and having a quilt top that same day. It makes me feel so accomplished. There is just something so fun about creating ... View the Post

On Flying Geese

Introduction ***This post was originally a part of our Stitched Podcast*** “Mom, look at all the geese! Did you know that geese leave from and fly back to the exact same spot every single year,” my 8 year old explained a couple of days ago. We were stopped in the car at a stoplight that was next to a cornfield chalk full of geese. (The day before he had been telling me all about how clownfish have a hierarchy with a strong female clownfish always at the top. He might be a zoologist ... View the Post

If You Want to Rise (A Soul Mending Society Post)

If you want to rise... It has been awhile since I've written a Soul Mending Society post and figured it was about time. Plus because of the pandemic I've been able to teach all the courses over zoom from my own ... View the Post
