Harvest Quilt in Pastel

Recently we released our new Harvest Quilt Pattern which really is a great pattern for those just beginning to quilt. The quick column (vertical row) construction makes it a quick sew and easy to piece together. Plus the large swatches of fabric used makes a fun quilt to showcase larger print fabrics. I've made up several of these quilts and each time I have done it the same way....probably because I over think things waaaaaay to much....but each time I've used swiss dots for ... View the Post

Stitched Episode 16: Up Close It’s Just a Bunch of Little X’s

Today we can't believe we are releasing the last episode of Season 1 of Stitched. We have been so excited to start Stitched and get it going...thank you to everyone who has listened and followed along as we have started navigating our way through putting together a podcast. Next season will start up again in September (but don't be surprised if a few bonus episodes pop up this summer). Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas

I am always on the lookout for simple and easy meals. And these green chile chicken enchiladas are always a hit at our house! You can make them spicier (add more green chiles) or leave them mild as the recipe is written. And they also are great the next day for lunch! The other bonus point about this meal is that they freeze well unbaked so I always make a second dish. It's like another bonus meal for busy nights. For the chicken, I usually buy a rotisserie chicken that will do two ... View the Post

Azure Skies Baby Quilt

I have been making a few baby gifts for neighbors recently and this Azure Skies Baby Quilt is one of my favorites! It's made from a rolie polie of both Azure skies and white fabrics and was so simple and fun to make. It's going to a family that was waiting to find out what they were having...but it's a girl so I am glad I ended up adding the pinks and florals (I was debating). The tutorial for the full quilt pattern is below so that you can make one too! Materials: 1 precut roll of ... View the Post
