Why do you sew?
(some new fabric I bought this weekend to start a new quilt) Why do you sew? It's a question I get asked often in my personal and blog life...and one that I don't always know how to answer. I actually got asked that very thing last week and I stammered something out, but I am not sure it was the right answer. Sewing a skirt.
Things have been busy around here lately. I actually have a whole two hours to myself in the afternoons (while everyone is at school) and I have been trying to use that time to my advantage to sew. I have sewn up curtains for three bedrooms, been making Halloween costumes, and working on other sewing projects for the house!
