Personalized Polka Dotted Aprons: A How To
Grace has a wonderful kindergarten teacher who often wears aprons. So awhile back when Grace wanted to give her a gift we decided to make her a "fancy" apron with her initial on it. I have talked about this before but I really am trying to use up fabric that I currently have as well as break into the scrap pile more often than buying new fabric. Perfectly Pink Shift Dress
I have been dreaming of Spring and shift dresses and my girlie has been dreaming of the "perfect pink" lately (she loves colors!) so we teamed up at the fabric store. She picked out a perfect pink cotton sateen and I picked out the perfect swiss dot for the top. I used our new bodice pattern (that really is coming out soon--we have been teasing you for too long) for the top and then a-line it out a bit at the bottom for the shift dress part.
